Job Opportunity: Door Engineer - Central Belt of Scotland

About Us: Join my clients team, who specialize in the installation and repair of various door systems, including roller shutters, sectional doors, fire doors, and automatic doors. We're currently seeking a skilled Door Engineer to join us in the Central Belt of Scotland.

Role Overview: As a Door Engineer, you'll be responsible for installing and repairing door systems across the Central Belt of Scotland. From roller shutters to automatic doors, your expertise will ensure that our clients' door systems are functioning effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

• Install and repair a range of door systems, including roller shutters, sectional doors, fire doors, and automatic doors.
• Conduct assessments and recommend further works to be carried out on site.
• Utilize your electrical wiring experience to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Maintain excellent communication with clients and team members.
• Work flexible hours as required to meet project deadlines.
• Hold a clean UK driving license to travel to various work locations.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in door engineering (preferred).
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate project needs.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interactions.
• Experience recommending further works to be carried out on-site.
• Proficiency in electrical wiring.
• Clean UK driving license.
• IPAF, PASMA, and CSCS certifications are advantageous, but training can be provided.
