Industrial Consultant

Straight Forward Recruitment Ltd are looking to add an Industrial Consultant to our already established and very successful Industrial Division.

• Location: Norwich-NR1 
• Working Hours: 08h30 - 17h00
• Salary - Minimum starting salary of £25,000 upwards depending on experience
• Excellent uncapped commission 

As an Industrial Consultant your duties will be;

• To attract and recruit new candidates
• To register, interview and induct suitable candidates for roles we offer
• Match available workers with current requirements to fulfil client needs
• Assist with payroll by sending, receiving and entering time sheets to our CRM
• Enter candidate details and all client bookings onto our CRM
• Cover our 24/7 emergency on call phone on a rotational basis
• Sales calls to new clients

Requirements:

• Ideally candidates will come from a recruitment background preferably within the industrial sector, or an onsite contract / account manager however this is not essential.  
• Hold a valid drivers licence and have access to your own vehicle
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• The ability to speak an East-European language would be advantageous, such as Lithuanian, Russian or Romanian, due to the base of candidates we work with.
