Individual Needs Assistant Needed in Hastings

We are looking for a passionate individual who has experience or a passion to work with children with Special Needs; primarily communication needs and Autism. This is a Early Years, Primary and Secondary provision.

The school is a sall, intimate and supportive provision who focus on utilising a range of approaches that enable our pupils to succeed in their development of their communication skills.

About you

  • Be patient, adaptable and resilient

  • Have a passion for supporting children with additional needs

  • Be proactive

  • Personal experience with SEND

About the role

  • Helping to assist children with their physical, personal and medical needs

  • Helping to promote independence for children

  • Implement individualised learning activities to support children’s needs

  • Option for further training alongside job role

  • Have access to over 200+ Modules (Phonics, SEND, Classroom practice etc, Supporting additional needs)
