Your new company
Your new company is a growing business located in the heart of Neath. The organisation is currently looking to expand their incoming calls team and are searching for individuals who are proactive and capable of multitasking whilst offering great customer service. This organisation is looking for individuals to join the team on a temporary to permanent basis.

Your new role
Your new role as an incoming call handler will see you acting as the first point of contact for prospective clients. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to: managing incoming sales enquiries from interested clients (email and incoming calls), scheduling appointments for field sales representatives, collecting customer information and inputting into the database, using Google Maps to assist with distancing for appointment scheduling and offering great customer service to clients.

What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will be an individual who is proactive and capable of working on their own initiative. You will be capable of multitasking and thrive working in a fast-paced environment. You will be an individual who can offer great customer service, have a professional telephone manner and be willing to learn new skills. This role will require you to be flexible about working hours.

What you'll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive premium hourly rate of up to £12.80, with the prospect of earning weekly monetary bonuses through commission. You will be working 5 days a week between Monday-Sunday in a fully office-based role. You will work 9-hour days on a shift basis between the hours of 8:30am and 8:00pm and you will receive a paid 1-hour lunch break. The organisation has a warm and friendly office, offers free on-site parking, 28 days of annual leave (inc. bank holidays) and a pension scheme.
