Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative

Salary Range: £25,000 per annum OTE £31,000
Location: Woking, Surrey
Contract type: Full time
Working hours: Monday to Friday 8-4, 9-5, 2-11 & 1 or 2 Saturdays per month depending on how busy it is.

Inbound sales

  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email and live chat.
  • Provide information about products/services, resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Exceed customer expectations through proactive communication and problem resolution.

Outbound Sales

  • Proactively reach out to potential customers to introduce our products/services.
  • Identify and qualify sales leads, tailoring solutions to meet customer needs.
  • Close sales and achieve revenue targets, contributing to the overall company growth.

Relationship Building

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Provide product knowledge and recommendations to our customers.
  • Demonstrate and thorough understanding of or our offerings with customers.

Skills and Experience

Essential

  • Previous experience in customer service and/or sales roles.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.
  • Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-focused mindset.
