Customer Service Advisor 

  • Job Type: Full-time, Temporary to Permanent
  • Start date: ASAP
  • Location: Avonmouth, Bristol, BS11. Potential for hybrid once fully trained
  • Salary: £23,333 per annum (£11.58 per hour) plus performance-related bonus

Day to Day of the role:

  • Handle a broad range of calls from customers, providing efficient and effective service.
  • Engage with customers primarily via inbound calls, as well as through QMS, email, and webchat when necessary.
  • Work collaboratively with other business areas to support our customers.
  • Develop product knowledge to assist customers with technical queries.
  • Stay informed about marketing and promotional activities.
  • Accurately record all conversations and transactions on our in-house system.
  • Address 1st line complaints and undertake additional customer service-related business activities.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
  • A natural ability to build rapport and maintain collaborative relationships.
  • A commitment to ongoing personal development and learning.
