Inbound Account Executive
The Client:
A prominent establishment situated in the heart of London, renowned for hosting a multitude of events and welcoming millions of visitors annually. Their primary objective revolves around maximizing revenue for their Conference & Events division by efficiently handling online inquiries, delivering exceptional customer service, and generating leads for small to medium-sized opportunities.
The role:
- Handle incoming online enquiries efficiently, facilitating site inspections.
- Manage existing agency accounts, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- Drive new business opportunities through online offers and incentives.
- Present the venue professionally through various communication channels.
- Build strong relationships with venue finding teams and maintain data integrity.
Requirements:
- Customer-focused with strong negotiation skills.
- Resilient and adaptable in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Must have worked for an events venue with 2000+ capacity
- Able to be in the office 4 days a week
