Immigration Solicitor

Absolute Executive Search are partnered with an exceptional Law Firm where they are looking to appoint an Immigration Solicitor into their Team based in Leeds.

You will be dealing with all Immigration matters so you will need a deep understanding of the law relating to immigration and/or nationality and/or asylum, including settlement status and sponsorship license. You will already have knowledge of dealing with appeals against denial of entry, refusal of an application for leave to remain or an order for deportation. This role is working under a Legal Aid contract.

The firm is considering applicants of all PQE levels.
