Immigration Caseworker Supervisor 

The ideal candidate will be an IAAS Level 2 accredited senior caseworker and/or solicitor, with at least four years’ experience of advice on asylum, protection and related human rights claims. You will have experience in publicly funded immigration work under a Legal Aid Agency Contract and will either hold IAAS supervising senior caseworker accreditation or have the skills, knowledge and experience to qualify as a supervisor within 3 months of joining Asylum Aid.  

Key Duties and Responsibilities Legal Casework and supervision Supervise a team of up to four caseworkers/solicitors at Asylum Aid in respect of asylum, human rights, trafficking, family reunion and statelessness applications; Manage and develop growth within the team; Provide legal advice and representation to clients on asylum.
