A long established, well respected IFA Compliance organisation are keen to appoint a Diploma qualified IFA Compliance Consultant.

The role is home based with c 2 days per week IFA visits required in the East Midlands Region.

Full time Compliance Consultant Area- West Country (Birmingham, Warwickshire, Stoke etc)

Home based role with some travelling.

The job is a hybrid role, and you will be expected to work at home or at client’s offices as required. They will consider other flexible arrangements, for example part time working, and we can discuss this where appropriate.

The position will involve file checking, answering client compliance queries, reviewing, and updating in house procedures, training advisers, reviewing CPD activity, collating management information, annual audits.

Ordinarily you would have been visiting clients at their offices generally from Monday - Thursday 9/9.30 to 4/4.30pm (Friday is an admin home day). However, in this post COVID world a large amount of your time will be working from home. We are finding that clients are embracing the new world of remote working and virtual meetings.

Level 4 qualification is essential. Interviews remotely followed by a meeting with the Directors.
