- New business submission and tracking to conclusion
- Day to day client management, processing any queries which may arise
- Processing investment trades, fund switches, and contribution/income requests
- Liaising with clients, product providers, and other relevant third parties
- Ensure the back office systems (intelligent Office and Volume) are kept up to date
- Issue letters of authority, chase for policy information, build schedules, and add existing policies to the back office systems
- Processing Adviser income via Intelligent Office
- Obtaining illustrations and supporting literature
- Supporting the Advisers in research and analysis to meet the Client needs and objectives
