IFA Administrator

We have an opportunity for someone with previous Financial Planning administration experience to join a hugely successful company with a reputation for delivering compliant sound financial advice with an outstanding client customer service.

You will be joining a team where you will be providing high quality support to the businesses Financial Advisors, Paraplanners and clients. Ideally you would have the desire to progress technically with FS exams.

This role is open to both full and part time applicants.

Responsibilities:

• Creation of new client packs
• Sending confirmation of all new appts via letter and then phone call
• Preparation of all new applications for new business, together with supporting docs
• Updating client spreadsheets
• General Client site management/client administration
