Currently, we are searching for a talented Financial Planning Administrator to join their team based in Weston-super-Mare.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Planning Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our client's organization. Your main responsibilities will include managing client relationships, handling administrative tasks, and liaising with product providers. Your attention to detail and expertise will be instrumental in providing exceptional service to clients.

Key Duties:

  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Maintain accurate client records using Intelliflo Office.
  • Coordinate with product providers and internal teams to implement Financial Planning recommendations.
  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to ensure excellent client service.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in financial services administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in financial planning software and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Track record of delivering outstanding client service.
