Our client is looking for an IFA Administrator who has a strong background in the industry and brings the highest standards of customer service. The role would suit someone who is driven, ambitious and has a proactive approach, and is comfortable working with excellent standards.
The Role
- Maintaining client files and ensuring they are up to date
- Processing applications and issuing of documents
- Ensuring accuracy and giving technical support to IFA end clients
- Adhering to compliance policies
- Liaising with clients by phone and email
- Assisting with preparing client reviews
Requirements
- Previous IFA Administrator experience
- Thorough knowledge of administration processes
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
