IFA Administrator Circa £30k pro-rata

My client is an independent Financial Adviser who is planning to grow their portfolio of clients and business offering. They are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator, initially on a part time basis and increasing hours as and when required.

The job will be to provide the IFA with full administrative support which includes the comprehensive preparation and checking of documentation against held and acquired personal data. Updating and cross-checking databases for accuracy and data validation.

It is essential the jobholder has prior experience of the provision of administrative support to an IFA. Personal qualities include high attention to detail, methodical, reliable, and diligent, dependable, and highly confidential with credibility.
