IFA Administrator
Are you an experienced and motivated individual looking for a rewarding career opportunity in the financial services industry? We are currently working with a leading IFA Firm who are looking to take on an IFA Administrator you will play a crucial role in supporting their team of financial advisors and Paraplanners.
The salary range for an IFA Administrator is £22,000-26,000.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct research and gather information to support the financial advisors in their client meetings.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory compliance documentation.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the financial advisors, including preparing client documentation, organising meetings, and managing client communication.
Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably within an IFA firm.
- Knowledge of financial products and services, including investments and pensions.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
