IFA Administrator

Based: St Albans, Hertfordshire

Salary: £35,000 + Benefits and bonus

This is a brilliant opportunity for a technical and professional individual to take on a new role in the company. The role of Administrator and will be working in a team including Paraplanners and also Financial Planners ensuring the most demanding private clients receive the highest level of service. It is an ideal position for someone who enjoys the technical aspects of administration and looking to develop their knowledge and experience.

Key attributes:

  • An excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • The ability to work in a structured and planned manner especially when under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Good keyboard skills required and PC literate with a sound understanding of Microsoft Word and basic familiarity with Microsoft Excel.
  • Being able to work in a team and also unsupervised to high standards.
