Position: IFA Administrator

Location: Caterham, Surrey

Minimum Requirements: 2 years+ IFA administration experience; 1st Software experience; XPlan experience ideal but not essential

Salary/package: Up to £32,000

YOUR NEW COMPANY

Our client is a Top 20 Chartered Financial Planner & Employee Benefits firm, based in Caterham, Surrey. Due to expansion, this award-winning business has a requirement for a new IFA Administrator to join it's growing Private Client division.

THE ROLE

Reporting to the Support Team Leader, the IFA Administrator's key duties will include:

  • Assist the Adviser and paraplanning team with client research
  • Provide the Adviser with support on pre and post sale work
  • Check all applications and supporting paperwork and process these via product providers
  • Manage the fee/commission expectations on the back office system for the clients being managed by the Adviser you're supporting
  • To assist Advisers with diary management and appointments

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates interested in the IFA Administrator vacancy will have the following criteria:

  • At least 2 years' IFA administration experience
  • 1st Software experience
  • XPlan experience a bonus but not essential

REMUNERATION / PACKAGE

The package for the IFA Administration vacancy is as follows:

  • Up to £32,000 salary
