My client is a well-established and successful Firm in London, who are looking to take on an IFA Administrator who has gained about 2 years’ + experience working in Wealth Management and looking for a new challenge in an IFA administration role. The role will be offered on a hybrid basis with 2-3 days in the office and WFH for the rest of the week.

You will be supporting the Partner in the Company with administration across pensions, investments, and protection with HNW clients in retirement. The role is varied, and you will be dealing with 3rd party providers, processing illustrations, LOA; s and valuations and preparing client meeting packs.

This is an amazing opportunity for an IFA Administrator who is looking to work for a great practice that truly supports their staff and offers excellent work/life balance. You must have excellent communication skills, demonstrate an empathetic and professional manner when dealing with clients.

The role would suit an IFA Administrator with 2 years’ + experience within Financial Planning, and enjoy being a support role where you play a pivotal role in the wider business.
