This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading, rapidly expanding insurer based in the City as an IBA Technician. You will be joining a company with a strong track record of developing and investing in their people, in a fast-paced work environment with excellent staff culture and team incentives. Primarily you will be involved with the following:

  • IBA Accounts
  • Credit control, ensuring funds are collected from brokers
  • Allocating cash and resolving general queries
  • Taking ownership and resolution of queries to reduce aged debt
  • Distribution of monthly statements

This role is well suited to an individual with good understanding of credit control procedures and IBA within the insurance industry. Ideal candidates will be confident and assertive, with high attention to detail.
