The Job You’ll Do;

• Championing hygiene excellence across the site.
• Lead, educate, and inspire hygiene and operational teams to consistently raise the bar.
• Drive continuous improvement, ensuring processes and standards are not only meet but exceeded.
• Provide clear direction and support to hygiene and operations teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Ensure strict adherence to customer policies, industry codes of practice, and external certifications, while spearheading hygiene schedules and procedures.
• Drive accountability through effective measurement and reporting against key performance indicators, evolving our hygiene procedures in line with industry advances.
• Collaborate closely with Technical and QA teams to ensure seamless hygiene-related activities during customer visits and audits, ensuring a stellar outcome every time.
• Take pride in nurturing talent within the team, identifying training needs and crafting development programs to elevate skills and capabilities.

About You;

• Experience in FMCG or similar environments in supervisory/managerial hygiene roles.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in fast-paced manufacturing environments
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Passion for coaching and developing others.
• Good level of education.
• IT Literate.
