As a Payroll Executive, you will be reporting into the Payroll Team Lead and ensure accurate payroll processing. This position will be based in Reading (Hybrid) and a great opportunity to join a growing team.

Description

  • Accurate and timely payroll processing
  • Managing payroll deadlines alongside the rest of the team
  • Maintaining starters, leavers, salary adjustments, pension deductions, absences etc.
  • Generating payroll reports, P45's etc.
  • Keep updated with payroll legislation changes
  • Submitting reports to HMRC

Profile

A successful Payroll Executive should have:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Payroll exposure in a previous role (client facing ideally)
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
  • An ability to work in a team environment and independently.

Job Offer

Payroll Executive

  • Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
  • Hybrid working post probation (3 days per week typically working from home)
