Residential Conveyancer - Gloucester

Are you an experienced Conveyancing fee earner looking to join an award-winning law firm with a unique focus on Equity Release who pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal services? I am working with a Gloucester based law firm who are looking to expand their conveyancing department due to continuous growth. They are looking for a truly passionate and self-motivated individual who can build upon and directly input to the continued success of the firm.

Successful candidates must have previous experience of:

  • Managing a full range of sale, purchase, remortgage matters and specifically equity release.
  • Handling leasehold and lease extension work.
  • Managing equity release transactions (advantageous but not essential).
  • Ensuring compliance with SDLT requirements.
  • Dealing with unregistered properties.



In addition to the necessary experience, we are looking for someone with:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to enthuse others.
  • Team management skills, with the ability to develop, coach, and mentor team members.


Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.


Salary:
Competitive salary - dependent upon experience.
