Hybrid Working Commercial Property Solicitor or Legal Executive - Plymouth 

This very well-respected commercial property team is looking to expand and add an additional solicitor or legal executive to its busy department

What will you do? 

  • You will be able to run a caseload of Commercial Property matters
  • Advise on either a broad caseload including all of the below, OR specialise in: 
  • HouseBuilders (Mainly regional & SME housebuilders & developers) 
  • Corporate occupier's (high profile, regional & London based)  
  • Advising the "third sector" not for profit organisations, co-operatives & social enterprise corporate entities 
  • Support clients through site acquisition and strategic land assembly
  • Handle a broad caseload of sales, purchases, leases, lease management and bank finance work 

What will you need? 

  • To be a qualified solicitor or legal executive
  • Newly Qualified solicitors are encouraged to apply
  • Commercial Property experience - (having completed a seat in commercial property will be fine)
  • Some development experience would be helpful but is not essential
  • You will enjoy working as a team and celebrating successes, large or small 
  • Enjoying business development is not essential for this role - you will not be included in marketing activities if you don't enjoy it
