HVAC Project Manager

HVAC Project Manager required for our client who are a specialist Mechanical Engineering contractor based near Hemel Hempstead, our client has an outstanding reputation for their design & installation packages throughout London & the surrounding areas. Our client is seeking an HVAC Project Manager to join their successful and expanding projects team, the ideal candidate should be based within a commutable distance of London & the m25 corridor.

The Project Manager will be required to manage and deliver projects within the commercial sector across London and the Home Counties. Project values will vary from £10K - £2 million and the Project Manager can expect to handle multiple projects at any one time. The Project Manager will be tasked with attending client meetings, liaising with engineers, clients and sub-contractors, attend site visits, monitor and update relevant people on budget control, and manage all aspects of health and safety.

Projects will be managed from cradle to grave & will be the installation of VRV's, VRF's, Splits, Multi Splits, Chillers & Ventilation

HVAC Project Manager Position Requirements

• Live within a commutable distance from London
• Strong Air Conditioning & Ventilation knowledge/experience
• 5 years' previous experience within the HVAC industry
• Current CSCS Skill Card, SSSTS or SMSTS
• Full UK Licence

HVAC Project Manager Position Remuneration

• Basic salary £45,000 - £60,000 DOE
• Company Vehicle or Car Allowance
• 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
