Our client, based in Elland West Yorkshire are seeking to recruit a HVAC Mechanical Project Manager to work across many specialised areas of the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning industry.

They have gained a strong reputation within the industry, forging strong long-term relationships with many blue-chip clients, particularly within the food and confectionery markets, consequently they are now looking to further expand the department to meet the requirements of these clients and are offering an exciting opportunity to join our enthusiastic and professional contracting team.

The Project Manager will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, tendering / estimating projects, the procurement of materials, labour etc, compiling RA/MS and ensuring H&S compliance on projects, programme management and liaising with clients to provide ongoing progress updates.

The Project Manager will split their time between the office in Elland and visiting sites, as they will be responsible for overseeing multiple projects at any one time.

Projects range from manufacturing sites (food/pharma/confectionery) to office fitouts and range in value from small works of 10K up to circa £1m.

The bias of the projects are industrial HVAC schemes, as well as general air conditioning / ventilation / chiller projects.

The Project Manager must have a mechanical background and must have project management experience within the HVAC industry.

Remuneration

• Salary 45K-55K depending on experience.

• Bonus - applicable after 12 months service. Details to be discussed.

• Tesla Model 3 provided.

• 33 days holiday (including bank holidays)
