The role of a Humanities ECT is to inspire students across the board with Geography and History, preparing them for exams, motivating them within the lessons as well as fostering a love for Humanities. You will be joining a fantastic department where resources are second to none, so whether you’re teaching the battle of hastings or glaciation, you will have all the materials you need to inspire the students to the best of you’re ability.

As a Humanities ECT you will be joining a prestigious department with an inspiring Head of Humanities who has been with the school his entire career and even began as a Humanities ECT, with his guidance and the support of the rest of your department, completing your induction as a Humanities ECT will be a breeze.
