We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our successful manufacturing client based in Banbury. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of HR best practices along with CIPD Level 7. The role will have a strong emphasis on developing the sites’ culture, values, and communications to ensure the corporate goals are achieved.

The Role

As the Human Resources Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the organisational culture, leading strategic HR initiatives that inspire the companies employees and align with the corporate goals. You'll have the opportunity to:

About You

  • Strategic Visionary: Proven experience in HR management, ideally within a dynamic manufacturing environment, with a knack for translating strategic visions into actionable plans.
  • Cultural Change Champion: Expertise in leading cultural and behavioural change programs, with a deep understanding of the mechanics of organisational transformation.
  • Inspirational Leader: High Emotional Intelligence (EI), with an open-door policy and a genuine care for colleagues.
  • Problem Solver: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to manage difficult situations and develop solutions collaboratively.

Qualifications

  • CIPD Level 7 or equivalent professional qualification.
  • Degree in a relevant field is advantageous.
  • Full UK Driving License.
