HR Lead - Taunton - £30-33k Full time, permanent

Well Placed HR are delighted to have been engaged by a multi-site professional services organisation as they seek to recruit an HR Lead to join their team on a full time and permanent basis.

Supporting over 70 employees, the position represents a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious HR professional to take the reins on the entire people function.

Core responsibilities to include:

- Act as the primary site contact for employee queries

- Full management of all aspects of the company’s recruitment process

- Leading the onboarding and induction process

- Ongoing review of remuneration, rewards, and benefits to ensure that the business remains highly competitive

- Managing a variety of training and development programs, ensuring all staff have access to CPD.

- Ongoing development of staff wellbeing initiatives

- Supporting senior management team that require HR assistance in performance reviews etc.

We’re looking for a candidate with similar stand-alone experience gained in a similar role, ideally (though not essentially), gained within professional services. Applicants will ideally be working to CIPD level 5 although we would still be keen to speak to those who would be considered to be qualified by their experience.

Please note: this organisation operates out of 6 offices. Your base will be Taunton and the role will be fully onsite. You will, at times be required to travel to other offices, therefore a driving license and car is essential! Hours will be Monday - Friday 9am to 5pm.
