Revered UK law firm who are situated in the heart of London’s thriving legal hub, is seeking to hire a HR Business Partner on an initial 16 Month fixed-term contract to join their acclaimed HR team in London who are recent recipients of prestigious awards within wellbeing, diversity and life stage initiatives – as the firm continues to build their highly collaborative working environment.

HR Business Partner Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Working with other HR Business Partner and the wider HR team to design and implement best HR practices and initiatives across all business areas.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to all members of the firm.
  • Provide operation support to the HR team.
  • Provide managerial support within the HR Operations team.
  • Manager Client Groups by building and maintaining relationships, hold regular meetings and following up on the actions.
  • Assist with all leave and absences processes and provide guidance.
  • Along with other HR Business Partners and wider team, manage annual fee earner salary review process and other ER issues.
  • Assist with onboarding of Trainees and Solicitors and coordinate various events using the firms engagement platform.

HR Business Partner Requirements:

  • Previous HR experience gained from a law firm or similarly structured professional services.
  • Previous experience of operating at HRBP, HR Manager or Senior Advisor level.
  • Full or part CIPD qualified.
