Human Resources Advisor
BramahHR are recruiting for an experienced HR Advisor to join an exciting company based in Liverpool. Reporting to the Head of Talent, you will offer advice and support to line managers that is reasonable, pragmatic, and legally compliant. This advice will be provided with indemnity from an external HR provider. Along with being a member of the Talent Team, your duties will include making sure all ER paperwork is processed on schedule.
Responsibilities:
- Provide advice and guidance to line managers covering all ER issues.
- Support line managers with cases including; AWOL, probation, low-level absence management cases in line with policy, procedures and best practices.
- Coaching managers on a day to day basis to ensure effective and confident management of people issues.
- Acting as a HR mentor.
- Reporting on data and statistics.
- Create and deliver training to line managers.
- Assist with exit interviews to capture feedback and help maintain employee retention.
- Support Head of Marketing with engaging communications.
- Support Head of Talent to improve processes and system changes.
Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent.
- Experience as a HR Advisor specifically with ER case management.
- Stakeholder manager experience.
- Experience with implementing and managing procedures and policies.
