Human Capital FPnA Analyst - FS Business Intelligence

- Providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making within the Human Capital department.
- Assisting in the preparation of annual budgets and financial forecasts.
- Developing and maintaining financial models to predict future business performance.
- Working closely with the HR team to understand workforce planning assumptions.
- Analysing financial data to identify trends and potential risks.
- Presenting financial findings to senior management in a clear and concise manner.
- Continually improving financial processes and systems within the Human Capital department.
- Collaborating with other teams to ensure financial alignment across the organization.

A successful Human Capital FP&A Analyst should have:
- A degree in a relevant field such as finance, accounting, or economics as well as an Accounting Qualification.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain financial concepts to non-finance professionals.
- A proactive approach, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in financial modelling and forecasting.
- Knowledge of HR processes and systems would be an advantage.
