Salary - £50,000 - £70,000 (Negotiable) + benefits

A HSQE Manager is required to join a vibrant and charismatic team based in the Midlands. The role is to manage all HSQE activities on the current and upcoming projects, providing professional Health and Safety advice, briefings, and conducting assurance activities in the field. You will provide support to the delivery team and facilitate compliance with the Health and Safety Management System and all relevant legal, industry and company standards. This role is primarily home and site based, with occasional visits to the company's head office. It also offers flexible contract terms, suitable for candidates looking for a temp to perm arrangement (temp contract out of scope of IR35).

As the HSQE Manager, you will be knowledgeable in all aspects relating to Health and Safety and will have significant experience in the successful management of HSQE issues on major programmes of work in the railway industry. HSQE experience in transient inspection work and experience with Network Rail's Principal Contractors License is desired, however not essential to be successful in this role. You will hold both NEBOSH Construction certificate and IEMA Practitioner and have good communication and IT skills. An ideal candidate will be based in the Midlands, within commutable distance to the office.
