The purpose of this role is to support the Head of HR in the provision of strategic and operational advice which will enable you to deliver the HR plan for the business. You will be adept at influencing, communicating, developing and managing effective working relationships with the key stakeholders. This role will allow you to contribute and advise on all HR matters (including the implementation of DEI and Wellbeing plans and several HR Projects).

You will have a wide remit to be creative and influence and shape organisational, structural and behavioural change within the business units, to identify obstacles to change and to develop solutions.

To be considered:

  • Experienced across the full range of generalist HR duties at HRBP (or Senior Advisor) level and ideally CIPD qualified.
  • Experience of complex ER issues and solid expertise around employment legislation and best practice.
  • Experience of working within professional services (ideal but not essential).
  • Strong leadership and influencing skills with the ability to adapt your style to different individuals/situations.
  • Proven experience of developing strong relationships with senior stakeholders to implement change and new ways of working.
