HR SuccessFactors System Lead

We are currently hiring for an HR SuccessFactors System Lead with SAP SuccessFactors Product experience to join one of our Higher Education clients on a permanent basis.

Location- Milton Keynes, Hybrid Working.

Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership on SuccessFactors Employee Central and Recruitment & Onboarding Modules
• Work with the Head of HR Systems, acts as a strategic advisor to the Director of People Services and associated teams, and works closely with them to provide insight into the art of the possible in Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding
• Facilitates all decisions within the unit on Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding content and developmental priorities.
• Work with the Head of HR Systems & wider Leadership team to ensure that their needs of the system are clearly understood and a clear roadmap from inception to delivery is developed.
• Work with the ERP Team to plan and execute the short, medium and long-term product roadmap of technological development for SAP SuccessFactors products.
• Leading and managing a team responsible for HR systems
• Acts as the initial point of escalation for Tier 2 level issues relating to Success Factor related products.
• Support and drive continuous improvement within Employee Central & Recruitment & Onboarding along with the IT

Experience:

• SAP SuccessFactors Product experience - strategic and delivery
• Proven experience in defining HR lifecycle process system support from implementation to adoption/enhancement and to continuous improvement.
• SuccessFactors position management knowledge and experience
• HR system implementation and ongoing development/change
• Public, Private or Higher Education sector experience is highly desirable.
• Experience working in an agile set up with an understanding of agile delivery cadence.
