Are you an experienced Administrator available to start work immediately and comfortable with a 12 month FTC ?. If so then this is a fantastic opportunity for you to join our client who is a leading FMCG company with sites across the UK. As a HR Shared Service Administrator, you will be working as part of the HR Shared Service team and you will be involved in all transactional aspects of the employee lifecycle. You will provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR site teams across both the UK and Northampton. Based on site in Brackley Monday to Friday for a 37.5 hour week.

Reporting to the Senior HR Shared Service Coordinator and being apart of a team of 4 this is a busy role which requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise your workload effectively. You will be involved with a full range of duties from pulling together on boarding and contractual information, through to maintaining employee records. You will be a point of contact for employees with payroll queries. Managing reference requests and also new starter packs and also ensuring any changes to contracts are recorded correctly.

HR Shared Service Administrator - About you.
A proven administrative and customer service focused background is essential.
Confident in using Microsoft office including excel and mail merge.
You will ideally have worked in an administrative role within manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or a similar fast paced environment
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal are essential.

This is a fantastic opportunity paying £21k - £24k dependant on experience + good benefits.
