Huntress Recruitment has an exciting temporary position available with one of our prestigious clients!

We're seeking a dedicated individual to join the HR/Internal Recruitment Administrator at a leading company in the industry. This role involves working closely with outside suppliers, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate records using Excel for supplier tracking.
  • Handle basic checks and administration for project documentation.
  • Organise and file paperwork efficiently within Microsoft Teams.
  • Ensure all documentation is correctly authorised
  • Act as the primary point of contact for queries related to supplier engagement.
  • Attend and participate in meetings, reporting on project statuses and actions.

Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to follow procedures accurately.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to tasks.
