A fantastic opportunity to join a public sector organisation who are currently in a large period of growth and are seeking a competent HR & Payroll Systems Administrator, with specific iTrent experience, to join their growing team. Your New Role

Within your new role as iTrent Administrator, reporting into the Head of HR, you will lead on business system administration, maintenance and support for all HR & Payroll related systems, including the recruitment software.

As HR Systems Administrator you will be the systems super user for iTrent specifically and will have responsibility for configuration, upgrade maintenance, support with functionality, troubleshooting and security whilst also collaborating with stakeholders, particularly within the HR and Payroll team. You will also create reports, accessing, analysing and interpreting the management information. Utilising the information, you will then undertake research to support the delivery of the organisations people strategies.

Strong communication/relationship building skills are essential as you will also provide front-end support for HR systems including user training and advice, alongside monitoring data, user integrity and assisting processing requirements.

What You Will Need

  • Previous experience managing the iTrent System, as a superuser. (Essential).
  • Significant experience in the use of integrated HR/PayrolI systems at advanced user level.
  • Experience of developing and implementing HR, Payroll and Pensions systems, processes and procedures.
  • Experience of providing help/support/training and guidance to system Users.
  • Experience of producing management reports, creating queries to retrieve management information and handling of large volume complex data.
  • Experience of maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues, clients, stakeholders, customers, teams and individuals both within and outside of the organisation.
  • Working knowledge of Business Objects and/or Power BI at Expert Level.
