An exciting opportunity is available for a HR Assistant working for a well-respected Asset management house. As HR Assistant you will join a busy and growing HR team and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes.
The ideal candidate will be a dedicated and passionate HR Assistant in return you will receive a salary up to £42,000 including some great benefits. This is initially a 9 month contract.
Duties of HR Assistant
- Assist in the administration of the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HRIS
- Assist with Recruitment Administration
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees
- Help with benefits administration, including enrolments and inquiries
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR and payroll matters
- Support HR and management with various administrative tasks
- Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives
Skills & Experience of HR Assistant
- Previous experience in a People facing role
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- knowledge of HR and payroll practices and regulations is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
