Overview
To contribute to the achievement of the overall business objectives at through the responsibility of managing a results driven HR team ensuring that demanding key performance indicators are achieved.
The role HR Officer is to provide an effective and efficient HR service to Group as part of a wider 4 person HR Team.
Provide support to site HR Manager. Ensure confidentiality is maintained at all times

Building and maintaining effective working relationships with site teams, providing robust and appropriate advice, delivering the site HR agenda working closely with all functions within the business.
The main decisions and challenges that the job holder will face in this role are:

• Discipline and Grievance
• Development and Application of policies and procedures

• Training and Development
• Involvement with employee forum

The ideal candidate will ideally have at least 1-3 years previous experience gained in a HR Environment likely to be operating as HR Administrator, HR Officer OR HR Advisor.
and be seeking a varied role covering all areas of HR within a dynamic and forward thinking business experiencing a key stage of growth.

Study support towards CIPD can be offered for those seeking career development coupled with a starting basic salary of up to £35,000
