HR Officer

An experienced HR Officer is required to join an established Manufacturing company covering two sites. You will be a proactive member of the HR team, supporting the HR Manager across the business.

Some key duties and responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  • Taking responsibility for engagement surveys and ensuring engagement levels are high across both sites
  • Managing the training matrix and process and responsibility for site apprentices
  • Managing the full recruitment process including administering, supporting and coaching managers through the process
  • Ensuring all HR policies are implemented
  • Providing disciplinary and grievance advice
  • Maintaining HR systems
  • Conducting welfare meetings
  • Producing accurate monthly HR reports
  • Supporting the monthly payroll process

Skills and experience required:

  • CIPD qualification (ideally level 3 or 5)
  • Previous experience of working within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on own initiative as well as being part of a team
  • Strong numerical ability in order to assist with payroll

Primary base in Ledbury, you will be required to visit the site in Evesham and so own transport is advantageous.
