A great, permanent HR Officer / HR Advisor job in Aylesbury, a true, varied, generalist HR role, within a busy HR team, based in Aylesbury. An organisation who are open to streamlining and improving processes.
Your new role
As a permanent HR Officer / HR Advisor, you will be part of a busy HR team. This is a true generalist, hands-on operational role.
Duties will include:
Managing low level ER cases from end-end, disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management, maternity, paternity and well-being.
Managing the end-end recruitment and selection process.
Coaching managers on HR best practice.
Supporting with HR projects, personal development reviews, wellbeing initiatives, re-structures.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have experience and an HR Advisor.
You must have experience managing ER cases from end-end.
You will ideally be qualified to a minimum of level 5 of the CIPD or above or equivalent.
