We have a really lovely opportunity for an experienced HR & OD Business Partner to join a small but driven team within health care.

This is a unique role offering a mix of HR and OD work which adds a lot of variety to your day!

In terms of the business partnering, there will be a little bit of casework but only for the complex cases so the main part of this side of the role is to coach and support managers in managing their teams efficiently.

Alongside this, you will be working on various OD projects focusing on EDI, Leadership Development and Training.

To be considered you must have similar experience of HR and OD in the public sector but it doesn't necessarily have to be health care so if this is an area you would like to get into - this could be your chance!

The permanent role is mostly remote but you will need to be on-site in Coventry once a month with the rest of team as well as adhoc for any face to face hearings or meetings as and when required.
