HR MI & Systems Analyst - Oracle HCM/ Oracle OTBI - 6-month FTC

£60k-£70k (Pro rata) + Excellent Benefits

Mostly remote, 1 day per week in the London based office

Initially for 6 months however potential to be extended or convert into a permanent based role

Leading business is looking to bring in a MI / Systems Analyst at this exciting time as they head into phase 2 of a key Oracle HCM implementation.

Role:

• Manage the day-to-day HR MI reporting processes and delivering high quality accurate and timely HR information.
• Use in-depth knowledge of data analysis to develop reports, templates, dashboards, score cards and metrics
• Work on the Oracle HRIS Project:
  • Support the HR Systems & Analytics Manager with enhancements to the configuration of the platform
  • Plan, design and document new processes i.e. dataflow diagrams, business process maps
  • Carry out user testing to ensure agreed requirements are captured and tested
  • Prepare regular & ad hoc reports requests for global MI to the business
  • Support the development and delivery of training materials to facilitate the self-service objectives

Skills/Experience:

• Proven experience working in a similar MI/ System Analyst role specifically with Oracle HCM experience
• Expertise in Oracle OTBI /Advanced reporting
• Ability to develop enhanced skills to make minor configuration changes to Oracle HCM
• Experience of presentation of data into usable information for consumption of various key stakeholders
• Advanced Microsoft office ability, particularly with Excel and ideally Power BI
• Proven track record in managing and delivering high quality, accurate and timely HR information
