HR Manager

• Location: Redhill, Surrey
• Job Type: Part-time
• Salary: Up to £55k per year full-time salary (Actual salary: £22k per year, depending on experience)

My client is a family-run business with a strong commitment to integrity and exceptional customer service. As we grow, we seek an experienced HR Manager to join our team and help us nurture our culture of respect and excellence.

• Two days per week (flexible on days)
• Standard hours: 8.30am to 5pm

The HR Manager will be a key partner to managers across the business, supporting and enhancing our organisational culture. Responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with our business objectives and values.
• Overseeing operational HR tasks such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Managing the full recruitment lifecycle to ensure a smooth process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Providing comprehensive support to managers in all aspects of the employee life cycle, including development and performance management.
• Ensuring compliance with UK employment laws and, where applicable, international regulations.
• Handling ad hoc duties and projects, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

• Proven experience in a senior HR role, ideally within a standalone capacity.
• Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices.
• Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage a wide range of HR functions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of nurturing relationships at various organisational levels.
