 HR Manager/Head of HR

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours per week: Full-time, 37 hours per week

Working Hours: Mon-Thu 9am – 5pm & Friday 9am – 4:30pm

Reporting directly to the CEO, the new HR Manager will work closely with senior leaders to drive and implement an HR strategy that supports their commitment to maintaining a strong moral purpose in a supportive but challenging culture.

As an organisation they pledge to nurture a safe and engaging environment in which they all thrive, and the HR Manager will ensure that the people practices deliver this pledge for our staff, through your overall strategic and operational leadership of the HR function. Accountable for delivering efficient, well-informed and cost-effective HR processes and advice on managing people throughout the whole employee lifecycle, you will provide robust employment advice to support senior and middle leaders in their ambitions to deliver the highest quality across the business. You will live their values of integrity, respect and resilience, working collaboratively with colleagues and other stakeholders. They require someone who holds a CIPD qualification at level 5 or above and have a minimum of three years management experience.
