HR Manager
We're excited to be working alongside an educational organisation to assist in their search for an HR Manager to cover multiple sites, on a full time, permanent basis. This role is field based with the need to cover sites across a local, geographical area.
Main duties will include but are not limited to:
- Acting as a business partner within the organisation
- Supporting, coaching and advising line managers
- Working closely with the HRD
- Assisting with HR department recruitment
- Implementing policies and procedures
- Line management of 2 members of the HR team
- Ad-hoc HR Manager duties
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience within a similar role
- The ability to build relationships with multiple stakeholders
- Good IT skills
- CIPD Level 7 would be desirable but is not essential
- Access to a vehicle and willingness to travel to local sites
