H9 Human Resources are partnering with a leading business in Warrington to hire for a Standalone HR Manager to report to the Managing Director.

The role would suit an experienced HR professional looking for a new challenge and a great opportunity for personal development. You would have responsibility for the full HR remit, from hands on operational HR to HR strategy.

The role also incorporates some Finance duties, although the majority of the role is dedicated to HR

This opportunity is 5 days on site

The Standalone HR Manager will be responsible for:

  • Full ownership of the HR function
  • Leading employee relations Providing advice and guidance to all employees and management teams
  • Review, update, and implement policies and procedures
  • Supporting managers across the business with all new recruitment, development, retention-related activities
  • Supporting managers across the business with all learning and development-related activities, including conducting training needs analysis based on staff annual reviews and arranging external training
  • Reviewing and developing the employee engagement strategy and continuous performance improvements
  • Management of HR Administration
  • Support with finance duties

Candidate Requirements

  • With proven track record within a similar role HR role and also finance or willing to be trained for the Finance duties
  • Someone who relishes change and has a record of delivering change programs and alignment of staff, team and company for better performance and staff development
  • CIPD Qualification, preferred, but hands on experience equally valued
  • Ability to work 5 days on site

The role comes with a salary of £40,000
