My client is seeking a dedicated HR Project Manager to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional who is adept at managing multiple human resources projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. The HR Project Manager will play a crucial role in driving HR initiatives that support our organisational goals.

• Lead HR projects, including the development and implementation of systems, policies, and procedures.
• Collaborate with HR and management teams to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Develop detailed project plans to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate issues to management as needed.
• Successfully manage the relationship with all stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimise project risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

• Proven working experience in project management within an HR setting.
• Must have solid experience at HR Advisor level an above. 
• Strong understanding of human resources policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
• Solid organisational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and project management tools.

• CIPD or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
