We are on the lookout for a dynamic HR Manager to join a team at a prestigious brand near to Melton Mowbray.

Tasks may include:

- Handling a range of employee relations cases, offering guidance and support to managers.

- Leading the charge in updating and implementing innovative HR policies and processes.

- Managing monthly reports.

- Coordinating the recruitment process and overseeing employee rewards.

- Directing a small, tight-knit HR team and control of the HR system.

We're looking for:

- A seasoned HR professional comfortable in a senior role.

- Ideally CIPD Level 5 certified with experience in small to medium-sized businesses.
